Property Maintenance,
Done Properly
Madabelle is a family-run property maintenance service based in Poole, named after my two daughters. I bring the same care to your home that I'd want in my own - general repairs, carpentry, painting, and small plumbing or electrical jobs, fully insured with a written quote before any work begins.
Services
Repairs, Plumbing & Electrical
From dripping taps and sticking doors to swapping light fittings and fixing loose sockets - the everyday repairs every home needs. Small plumbing and basic electrical work handled properly.
Carpentry & Fixtures
Flat-pack furniture assembled properly, shelving and TV brackets mounted securely. If it needs measuring, fixing, or building, this is the everyday carpentry work that keeps a home running.
Painting & Decorating
A fresh coat of paint, a room refreshed, or minor decorating touch-ups done to a proper standard - no shortcuts, no mess left behind.
Fully insured
Public liability insurance in place on every job, so you're covered from the moment work begins.
Written Quotes, no surprises
A clear, written quote before any work starts - materials and labour itemised, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Local to Poole & Dorset
Based in Poole and covering Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch - a local tradesperson who knows the area, not a call centre booking.
